Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy

At Central Nail and Beauty Co., your time and experience are important to us. In order to provide the best possible service and accommodate all clients fairly, we have a strict cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policy in place. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits & Booking Requirements

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your final bill. Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If you wish to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred once, provided appropriate notice is given.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show and forfeit their deposit.

Late Arrivals

We allow a maximum grace period of 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. Arriving later than this may result in a reduced service duration to avoid impacting the next client. Full service charges will still apply.

Please understand that our technicians allocate time specifically for your service. Late cancellations, no-shows, impact our schedule, our team’s income, and other clients’ opportunity to book.
